Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is confirmed and preparation begins.
If we cancel an order (for example, an ingredient did not meet our standard), you receive a full refund of anything paid.
If something is wrong with your order — a missing item or a quality concern — contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement, credit or refund.
As food items are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
